As a busy entrepreneur, mom and woman in general I appreciated the length of the audios. Not being super long, I could actually listen to them in one sitting which is important for me! I like how there's different resources (worksheets and audio) as well.
There are action steps to do so I actually do the things instead of just listen and tell myself "I'll do it later". Also really appreciate the scripture references, the bite-sized audio and worksheets.
The course helped me to refocus and prioritize spending time with God daily.
